SKEW

Here is how you can use the skew tool on photoshop act like a tilt shift lense on a camera!

Example

Here is a building i taken a shot of with a normal lense 

On photoshop i loaded the image up then made another layer,I then used the skew tool and grid to shape up the building 

Here is the final result
